We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven sales professional to manage and grow an existing client base while developing new business opportunities. This role is responsible for meeting sales goals, supporting client projects, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project execution. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to business development.
Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience.
Manage and grow an existing client base to meet and exceed sales goals.
Spend approximately 50% of time in the field meeting with customers, prospects, networking contacts, and attending industry events.
Conduct daily client outreach and follow-up activities.
Prospect for new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Attend networking events regularly to expand professional relationships and business opportunities.
Develop a strong understanding of target market segments and client needs.
Onboard new clients according to established company procedures.
Maintain accurate client records, schedules, and sales activity tracking.
Prepare and present pricing quotes and secure customer approvals.
Support project management efforts in collaboration with client service and operations teams.
Provide account support for the broader sales team, including client follow-up, pricing, project status updates, client tours, and inventory coordination as needed.
Attend association meetings and trade shows to develop industry relationships.
Monitor client accounts, including outstanding balances and related follow-up activities.
Work closely with operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently and successfully.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
