Job Overview
Join our growing team as a Residential HVAC Technician. You will be responsible for repairing & installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets safety standards, building codes, and customer expectations. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced HVAC technology while delivering exceptional service that improves our customers’ quality of life.
Duties
- Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heat pumps, mini-splits & furnaces on residential properties.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to ensure precise system setup.
- Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
- Perform repairs & routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems to optimize performance and extend lifespan.
- Provide expert advice & education to Increase on-site conversions for repairs & installations
Requirements
- EPA 608 License
- 2+ years - Service technician experience with HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, building automation systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Ability to adapt to new work environments (appliance repair)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
- Excellent customer service skills.
