Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Flexible Schedule | Morning Hours Available
Compensation: Starting at $55 - $65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with significant experience or leadership experience.

We are looking for a collaborative BCBA to join our growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership during the early stages of growth and help shape a high-quality ABA practice built around ethical care, strong clinical standards, and meaningful support for both families and staff.

As services expand, this position is expected to transition into a more traditional BCBA role with clinical supervision responsibilities and opportunities for leadership growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical quality and service improvement initiatives
- Provide input on systems, workflows, and client care processes
- Support the development of clinical resources and documentation tools
- Assist with staff training and professional development initiatives
- Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities
- Help identify opportunities to improve outcomes for clients, families, and staff
- Contribute ideas that support ethical, effective, and sustainable services
QualificationsRequired
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred
- Experience with insurance-funded ABA services
- Interest in leadership and professional growth
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for improving systems and client outcomes
