Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hardscape Laborer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in hardscape installation. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of patios, paver systems, retaining walls, and outdoor living features
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and base installation
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials and maintain a clean jobsite.
- Follow project plans and supervisor direction
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hardscape installation experience
- Experience with pavers, block walls, and base preparation
- Ability to operate skid steers, compactors, saws, and other site equipment (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- A valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
