Role: Travel Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – CVOR
Location: Atlanta, GA 30309
Facility: Piedmont Atlanta Hospital
Contract: 15 Weeks
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Shift: Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts
Call: Required – 1 weekday/week + 1 weekend approximately every 4 weeks
Experience: 2+ Years
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Local Candidates: Accepted at the same rate
Weekly Pay: $2800 - $3300 (DOE)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of RNFA experience
- RNFA certification required
- Strong Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular & Thoracic experience – HARD STOP
- CVOR and General OR experience
- Extensive experience with CABG, valve replacement, TAVR and vascular procedures
- Experience with IABP, LVAD/RVAD and MAZE procedures
- Vascular experience including carotid procedures, AAA repair and bypass grafts
- Thoracic experience including VATS, thoracotomy and lung resection
- Heart Transplant experience highly preferred
- Active GA or Compact RN license required
- BLS & ACLS required
- Epic experience preferred
- Must be comfortable floating within scope to the Main OR as needed
Assignment Highlights:

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per week
