Job Summary:
Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation, a respected long-term care and skilled nursing facility in Silverton, OH, is hiring Full-Time Day Shift Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/STNAs). As a CNA/STNA on the day shift, you'll assist residents with personal care, mobility, daily routines, and social engagement throughout the day. This position is perfect for caring, reliable professionals who bring energy and compassion to every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with morning routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
Provide mobility support, repositioning, and transfer assistance throughout the day.
Record and report resident observations accurately to the nursing team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident areas and common spaces.
Support residents with dignity, respect, and patience during all interactions.
Uphold all safety standards and infection control procedures.
Qualifications:
Active Ohio CNA or STNA certification (in good standing).
Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, compassionate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
