Peppers Investments LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated 1099 Construction Worker to help with residential renovation and rental property projects.
Job Duties:
- Demolition and cleanup
- Drywall, painting, flooring, and trim work
- Basic carpentry and remodeling tasks
- Loading and unloading materials
- General job site assistance
- Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own basic hand tools preferred
Construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Compensation:
- 1099 Independent Contractor Position
- Pay based on experience and skill level
