We are seeking an IT Inventory Control Specialist responsible for supporting IT systems, managing ERP (Aptean) data, and maintaining accurate inventory control processes in a manufacturing environment. This role includes database management, business analytics support and building structured records and documentation within the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support:
- Maintain hardware/software systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage user access and backups
Inventory Control:
- Maintain inventory records
- Conduct cycle counts and audits
- Resolve discrepancies
ERP / Data Management:
- Maintain and improve ERP system (Aptean)
- Build and manage database records and documentation
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics for operations
- Support business process control through system data
Cross-Functional:
- Support production and purchasing
- Improve processes and reporting
Qualifications
- Degree or relevant experience preferred
- ERP experience required (Aptean preferred)
- Database and analytics experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
