We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and positive person who loves connecting with people and has an interest in crystals, spiritual wellness, and our unique products.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting crystals and other products based on their interests and needs
- Share knowledge about crystals, their properties, and uses
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting store environment
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
- Restock and merchandise products
- Help with opening/closing duties and general store tasks
- Create a welcoming and positive energy for everyone who visits Twin Flame Crystals
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of crystals and their properties strongly preferred
- Warm, friendly, and comfortable engaging with customers
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for crystals, spirituality, wellness, or metaphysical products is a plus
Schedule
- Part-time, primarily weekday shifts 12-8pm
- Availability to work one weekend day per month
- Flexible scheduling with advance notice
