We have an immediate need for a Full Time Project Assistant. Responsibilities will include basic bookkeeping, coordinating and implementing administrative details in support of daily operations of the firm’s projects (to include compiling and maintaining project correspondence), and additional duties may include general office support (such as managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, answering phones, organization and filing, creation of Word documents, PDFs, and spreadsheets), and providing other administrative support for Project Managers and Principals as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Interest in working on a variety of project types
- Ability to manage multiple projects successfully
- Engaging and winsome client-service attitude
- Organized and highly self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Experience in Adobe and Bluebeam ReVu helpful
- Experience in project support preferred
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus
