POSITION SUMMARY
MT2 is looking for a an experiences PM to work in the Dallas, TX area for the beginning first 6 months of hire, after approximately 6 months, it is expected the PM is to travel up to 75% of the time. The Project Manager role requires knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and construction management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable laws. The Project Manager participates in the development of a project and oversees the organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. The individual will also direct or coordinate personnel and tasks, often through supervisory personnel onsite activities concerned with the remediation of firing range facilities and environmental remediation sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan, coordinate, and execute heavy metals environmental remediation projects, along with firing range construction, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.
· Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
· Analyze and evaluate vendor capabilities and negotiate best pricing.
· Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations (e.g., EPA, DEP, OSHA, local ordinances).
· Liaise with environmental consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and government agencies.
· Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for environmental impacts.
· Review and approve project documentation, including site reports, environmental impact assessments, and health & safety plans.
· Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials and adherence to sustainability goals.
· Track project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
· Lead site inspections, audits, and incident investigations when necessary.
· Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility on all job sites.
· Communicate with supervisory personnel, clients, contractors and other company personnel to discuss, plan and work through procedures, complaints or problems.
· Prepare progress reports and cost tracking analysis to determine projects cost to completion.
· Plan and coordinate all work to meet customer and internal deadlines.
· Ensure all appropriate permits and licenses have been obtained.
· Contract and oversee any specialized craft work including but not limited to concrete, HVAC, painting, etc.
· Review any state and local specific mandates and work with HR and Safety for any special requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with focus in environmental sciences, engineering, or construction.
· Professional experience of 3 years in position supporting field projects.
· Experience with site remediation, erosion control, or similar environmental scopes or construction projects.
· Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to remotely manage workload and priorities.
· Must be fluent in English (Read, write, speak), bilingual a plus.
· Organized, problem solver, analytical, concise in communication both written and oral, perceptive, active listener.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Project.
· Availability to travel up to 75%.
· PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
· OSHA 40 certification preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
