As the Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Performing all plumbing, electrical repairs, basic woodworking, installations and repairs for small appliances

Performing various remodeling projects, including but not limited to sheet rocking, framing, floor tile installations, painting, etc.

Performing all landscaping functions including mowing, tree pruning, planting, etc. and ensures the timely removal of snow and ice

Rotates on-call responsibilities as scheduled; On-call is required on a rotating basis for evening and weekend coverage
Maintenance Technician Minimum Salary: $21.55/hour
Maintenance Technician Maximum Salary: $21.55/hour
Maintenance Technician Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm *additional hours may be required in cases of emergency such as a snowstorm*
Qualifications:

Valid NYS Driver’s License

High School diploma or GED
-
Competency in basic areas of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

One to three years of experience as a technician is preferred

Knowledge of building maintenance or construction, including painting or patching is preferred
