Professional Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for an apartment complex located in Miami, FL.
Previous property management, and leasing experience required.
Applicants need to be able to handle multiple tasks at once, highly motivated, organized, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet usage, exceptional customer service skills and Resman knowledge helpful, but not required.
- Previous Management Experience (supervised minimum of 2 employees)
- Market Rate Experience preferred.
- Multi-tasker.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Experience managing a budget.
