The Chautauqua Dining Hall is looking for amazingly hospitable Host Staff for the Fall of 2026. The Dining Hall is located in The Historic Chautauqua Park in Boulder, Colorado at the foot of the Flatirons. The Chautauqua Dining Hall has been a Boulder tradition since 1898. We provide spectacular views from the enchanting wraparound porch while serving fresh, Colorado Bistro cuisine at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Open daily year-round, The Dining Hall offers a full bar with local beers and great wines.
The Dining Hall hosts thousands of guests a year Hikers and visitors from all over the country come to visit. It is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat before a concert or a cold drink after a hike. We are also the perfect setting for many weddings and events.
Qualified candidates possess a strong and positive attitude regarding hospitality and customer service, striving to provide high-quality guest experiences.

Host - Full-Time and Part-Time available!
Busser - Full-Time and Part-Time available!
morning/afternoon availability is necessary Shifts run from 9:30 AM - 2 PM.

The Chautauqua Dining Hall is operated by Three Leaf Concepts, a local, family-owned restaurant group including The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse, Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant in Boulder, The Huckleberry and Zucca Italian Ristorante in Louisville, and our catering company, Three Leaf Catering.
