Duties include:
- Greets the public mainly over the phone, emails, and in-person.
- Analyze the data provided for increase the sales.
- Provide follow-up to existing customers.
- Oriented the newest customers.
- Explains standard department procedures, regulations, rates and services.
- Processes general office paperwork and system's data entry
- Assists the Accounts Executives.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English). Multi task oriented.
- Ability to work without direct supervision and follow instructions, attention to detail, proactive and with initiative, high degree of creativity, spontaneity and leadership skills MS Office domain: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, among others.
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Associate Degree * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the logistic industry working in a Call Center environment, preferable in the logistic industry.
