What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage restoration and reconstruction projects, making a real difference in the community.
- Work directly with clients, contractors, and our team to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and up to our high-quality standards.
- Oversee every detail on-site, ensuring safety and compliance at every stage.
- Handle project documentation, timelines, and budgets with precision.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing reconstruction or restoration projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills that keep things running smoothly.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and mitigate risks.
- A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in DASH and Xactimate is a plus.

Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 base pay, plus commissions
