In this role, you'll oversee daily facility operations, coordinate programs and special events, manage budgets, implement policies and procedures, and support the successful operation of two premier aquatic facilities. You'll also lead department-wide aquatic safety initiatives by coordinating lifeguard and safety certifications, developing community water safety education programs, conducting operational and safety audits, reviewing incidents, improving emergency procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
