Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service to enhance their dining experience
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Buss tables by removing used dishes, utensils, and trash promptly and hygienically
- Assist with food delivery from kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations through regular cleaning
- Support the kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Knowledge of bussing procedures and food handling safety protocols
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Previous experience in catering, hotel, or food industry roles is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
