The Shoreline Clinic is expanding our team in Venice and seeking a compassionate, skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our growing patient population. As the exclusive U.S. training hub for Sensopro, The Shoreline Clinic is at the forefront of neuromuscular rehabilitation, sports performance, and functional recovery. Our therapists work in tandem with neurologists, pain specialists, and occupational therapists to deliver world-class results.
Your Role:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Assist in implementing customized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients
- Support therapeutic exercise progression, manual techniques, and use of cutting-edge tools like Sensopro
- Educate patients on home programs, posture, and movement mechanics
- Document treatments and progress using EMR (JaneApp or similar)
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous outpatient ortho or neuro experience preferred but not required
- Passion for functional rehab, movement science, and collaborative care
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional Saturdays
