Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility support using manual handling techniques like Hoyer lifts when necessary
- Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and reporting findings to healthcare teams in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Support medication administration and ensure adherence to care plans tailored to individual needs
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to promote healthy eating habits
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing regular cleaning tasks and adhering to infection control protocols
- Engage residents in social activities and community outings to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and assist with patient monitoring for conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease
CRF First Choice provides supported living services to disabled individuals living in Marion, Hancock, Henry, Delaware, Dubois, Madison, Monroe and Johnson Counties.
We currently have the following positions open;
-House Manager; Split shift times are Monday-Friday 6am-9am, returning in the afternoon from 2:30-10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 6am-10pm. All shifts run Monday-Sunday 7 days on 7 days off.
-Night shift; Shift times are 10pm-8am Monday-Sunday 7 days on 7 days off.
Interested Individuals must have a desire to assist Developmentally Disabled adults in their homes and in the community.
Applicants must be able to pass a state and county background check, have A valid driver’s license for no less then 3 years, a high school diploma or GED, pass a drug screen, and must be at least 21 years of age or older.
CRF First Choice will provide all necessary training.
