Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our fast-paced family entertainment environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in customer service, and team supervision. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and managing staff effectively during their shift. The Shift Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the overall success of the business.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Manage POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Train and develop staff members on customer service and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized work environment that promotes hospitality excellence.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and development.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Experience supervising shifts in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
