Seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a high-speed manufacturing facility.
- 1st shift Monday-Friday (Overtime will be mandatory for some nights & weekends)
- Pay Range: $30.00-.45.00/ hour
- 60% electrical 40% mechanical.
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
- Degree / Certification in technical field is a plus but not required.
- Minimum of 5 – 10 years maintenance or related-industry experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Ability to work Overtime, Weekends, and Nights.
- Overall responsibility for the readiness of the equipment and machines, plus all buildings and grounds concerns.
- Stock and store replacement and consumable machine parts.
- Assisting / performing Preventative Maintenance duties and troubleshooting, and repairs of breakdowns as needed.
- Assist other technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing plant concerns.
- Lead / coach / train maintenance department personnel when necessary.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and system problems - both routine and complex using a defined method of troubleshooting to get to root cause.
- Maintain equipment records.
