RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales department
- Consult customers to identify their needs, provide options, and deliver a great customer experience
- Communicate with customers regarding time expectations, updates, questions, etc.
- Provide customers with a high-level hospitality experience while simultaneously driving sales and building customer trust
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Foster high customer satisfaction rates, encouraging referrals and repeat business
- Collaborate with management team to track sales performance and achieve sales objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of minimum Sales Management experience required
- Prior experience leading a team and/or managing an Automotive Sales department is a huge plus
- Solid understanding of automotive systems, including parts, tools, and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional personal appearance and friendly personality
