Production Associate – Metal Fabrication Shop
Leaders Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join a leading metal fabrication company. We are hiring for multiple production positions, including Powder Coating, Robotic Welding, Laser Operation, and General Production. These are full-time opportunities with competitive pay, overtime availability, and opportunities for long-term career growth.
Pay Rate:
- $18.00 - $19.50 per hour (based on position, experience, and skill level)
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Thursday)
- 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday – Thursday)
- Overtime may be available on Fridays based on production needs.
Hours:
- 40 to 50 hours per week
- Overtime available
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate robotic welding equipment to manufacture quality metal components.
- Load and unload laser cutting machines.
- Hang, remove, inspect, and package parts in the powder coating department.
- Read work orders and follow production specifications.
- Perform visual quality inspections and use basic measuring tools.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for 10-hour shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
