- Schedule: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as required.
- Compensation and Appreciation: Starting at $24 per hour as a temp, transitioning to $27 per hour once hired directly.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to meet production goals in a manufacturing setting. This role is crucial in optimizing logistics and inventory management while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 10 employees to ensure goals met in daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on equipment operation, including forklift safety and best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management regarding operational efficiency.
- Resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift promptly and effectively.
