We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Process reservations and manage room assignments efficiently
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services
