Duties
- Conduct outbound warm calling and in-person door-to-door visits to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Present compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs, highlighting key features and benefits
- Negotiate terms with prospective clients to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Build rapport through excellent communication skills, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies and maximize outreach effectivenes
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or technology sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data
- Demonstrated success in inside sales, outbound calling, or business development roles
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts and marketing strategies is a plus
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building
Pay
Position is $15/hr base pay plus commission. Commission is based off of the sign ups acquired. No cap on pay. More sign ups more pay.
We are a small company looking to expand our subscription based services across the north valley. This is a commission based service. Hours are flexible but must be able to work in varying temperature.
