Job Summary
We are a new restaurant, and expanding our hours! We are seeking fun and enthusiastic Hostesses, and Server/Bartenders ! These roles are essential to providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Candidates should possess a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hospitality. Prior experience in the food industry is preferred, especially in fine dining or catering settings. All positions are paid and offer opportunities for growth within the establishment.

Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely service as a Server or Bartender
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to safety standards
- Assist in food preparation and presentation when necessary, maintaining food safety and hygiene protocols
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper handling and serving techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations, dining areas, and bar equipment throughout shifts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and culinary techniques is a plus
- Fine dining experience or catering background can be advantageous
- Skills in food safety practices, knife skills, meal preparation, and food handling are preferred
- Experience with kitchen operations or culinary experience enhances ability to support the team effectively
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in these roles
