About Pace Marketing:
Pace Marketing is a growing sales and marketing firm specializing in face-to-face customer engagement on behalf of nationally recognized brands. We are currently seeking full-time Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in the Wilmington, DE area. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills who are eager to learn in a sales-driven environment with opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage customers in a retail environment.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
- Support team goals and contribute to the success of the store.
- Participate in hands-on sales and product training.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience (required).
- Sales, retail, or marketing experience (preferred, not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends, especially during training.
Schedule:
- Full-time, on-site
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekday and weekend availability required during initial training
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay + uncapped bonus potential
