LOCATIONS: WARREN, HUNTERDON, SOMERSET, BERGEN, HUDSON, MONMOUTH, ESSEX, SUSSEX, PASSAIC, UNION, AND MORRIS COUNTIES
We are seeking Licensed Clinicians (LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) to provide intensive in-home services for children and adolescents (ages 3–21) and their families.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 8-10 cases (16-20 hrs/wk)
- Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions in-home, community-based
- Maintain accurate documentation in the CYBER system within 24 hours of sessions
- Collaborate with families, Care Managers, and multidisciplinary team members
- Attend Child & Family Team (CFT) meetings when invited
- Use a range of modalities such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, ARC, NPC, or skills-based interventions
- Expected caseload: Minimum of 16 hours per week
- Professional development opportunities and clinical supervision support available
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- Active NJ license: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working with youth and families
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits
