Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Supervisor to join our HR team and drive organizational success through effective talent management, employee relations, and compliance initiatives. In this role, you will oversee HR operations, develop innovative programs, and foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our company's goals. Your energetic leadership will empower teams, streamline HR processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across all functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the human resources team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences and promote organizational culture.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly through conflict management strategies and conducting employee misconduct investigations when necessary.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing via ADP, and ensure compliance with employment laws including FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation regulations.
- Drive organizational design initiatives and manage change management projects to support strategic planning and process improvements.
- Conduct regular employee evaluations and performance reviews.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a human resources environment with a strong understanding of HR legal compliance management.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations management, benefits administration, and HR systems.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation delivery, and strategic thinking in HR leadership roles.
- Experience supervising human resources teams across multiple functions including recruiting, training & development, performance management, and program management.
- Familiarity with managing confidential information with integrity while handling employee evaluations and employee misconduct investigations effectively.
- All other duties as assigned.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
