RE/MAX Dynamic Properties is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing Department. You'll play a key role in helping our agents build trust and stand out in Alaska's real estate market.
This is a part-time, in-office position, approximately 12–18 hours per week (3 days per week, 4–6 hours per day), supporting one of Alaska's leading real estate brokerages. This role reports to Broker leadership and may grow in scope based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities Include:
- Designing flyers, brochures, postcards, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
- Assisting agents with marketing and promotional materials.
- Creating graphics for office events, training classes, and company promotions.
- Updating marketing templates and branding materials.
- Assisting with email marketing, website updates, and social media content.
- Preparing class materials and marketing pieces for Alaska Real Estate Training.
- Providing excellent customer service and marketing support to our real estate licensees.
Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design and marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Understanding that marketing materials directly support agents' ability to generate leads and close transactions - comfort working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
- Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
Preferred:
- Portfolio demonstrating design proficiency across multiple design pieces.
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing content.
Compensation:
$22–$28/hour, depending on experience.
