Cook Position - Cornerstone of Weymouth
Location: Weymouth, MA

Cornerstone of Weymouth is a high-end independent living community for seniors, offering an upscale and vibrant environment. Our community is designed to provide exceptional care, comfort, and culinary experiences to older adults. We are looking for passionate individuals who love working with seniors to join our team!
Pay: $19-$25/hour
Shift: part time, with some weekend shifts required
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the community’s high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow established recipes and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with the Lead Chef and kitchen staff to create a pleasant dining experience for residents.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and preferences for individual residents as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work some weekend shifts.
