Ōnin Staffing is hiring experienced Welders for both 1st and 2nd shift at a well-established structural steel manufacturing facility in El Mirage, AZ. Location: El Mirage, AZ-
Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM (includes shift differential pay)

Pay: $22-24 based on experience
Skills and Experience:
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform high-quality MIG welding (GMAW) on structural steel components.
-
Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.

Use fabrication techniques to meet production standards and project specs.

Inspect welds and materials to ensure adherence to quality control requirements.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
Qualifications
-
Prior experience in structural steel fabrication.

Proficient in GMAW (MIG) welding.
-
Knowledge of fabrication techniques and tools.
-
Strong background in quality control and inspection procedures.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Must pass a weld test.

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
