Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The candidate may or may not be a licensed Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed construction documents, creating renderings, and managing projects and project teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects. Having any healthcare or restaurant experience is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs using Revit.
- Create precise schematics design and construction documents aligned with project specifications.
- Produce 2D animations and graphic designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and clients to integrate mechanical systems and interior elements into architectural plans.
- Assist in system design, interior design, and mechanical design aspects of projects.
- Prepare presentations and visualizations that clearly convey project concepts to clients.
- Ensure all designs meet relevant building codes, standards, and client requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and/or Revit.
- Strong skills in schematics creation, drafting, system design, interior design, mechanical design, graphic design, and 2D animation.
- Knowledge of construction processes and building regulations.
- Ability to produce detailed technical drawings and visualizations that accurately represent design intent.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Prior experience in architecture is mandatory; a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
