Perfect after school job now open! Evergreen now has openings to join our Memory Care Unit as an Assisted Living Caregiver on the PM shift. Shift time 3:00p.m.-9:00p.m, 2 shifts per 2-week pay period. Wage of $15.25 per hour base plus an extra $2 PM shift differential.
Responsibilities:
As an Assisted Living Caregiver, you will:
- Ensure resident needs are promptly met (such as call lights, personal requests, and activities of daily living)
- Administer medications, observe for side effects, and maintain accurate documentation
- Report changes in residents' conditions to the unit nurse in a timely manner
- Document care and services provided accurately and promptly
Qualifications:
- Preferred CBRF certifications
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
