Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations in a welcoming retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting wigs and hair products based on their needs and style preferences
- Provide excellent in-person customer service and build strong client relationships
- Support sales goals by delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Stay knowledgeable about products, styles, and new arrivals
- Follow up with customer inquiries and maintain client relationships
Requirements
- Must have previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
- Motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual preferred
Schedule
- Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. This schedule is fixed and not flexible.
Job Details
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
