About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 2nd Chances Donation Processor to join our team. In this part-time role, you will help move donated goods from intake to retail readiness by sorting, pricing, and preparing merchandise in accordance with company standards. What You’ll Do
- Sort, price, and prepare donated merchandise for retail sale with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the day.
- Follow pricing guidelines and seek support on specialty or high-value items when needed.
- Help meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and donors.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures, including standards for prohibited items.
