Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time/Part-Time every other weekend required for both. NO PRNS at this time.
Sign-on bonus (up to $10,000 for qualified applicants!)*or $2.25 on base is bonus is deferred.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plan
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
Document accurately and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines

Requirements:
Current LPN license in West Virginia
CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
