The Role
We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist to be a clinical leader in prevention.
You’ll provide excellent care, educate patients with clarity, and partner with doctors to deliver seamless treatment experiences.

What You’ll Do
✅ Deliver preventive + periodontal care (prophy, SRP, perio maintenance)
✅ Capture diagnostics (digital X-rays, intraoral photos, charting)
✅ Educate patients to understand & accept care plans
✅ Partner with doctors in co-diagnosis & case presentation
✅ Maintain accurate records and sterile, calm ops
✅ Keep the day efficient with smooth timing & handoffs
Who You Are
- Licensed Dental Hygienist (KY) – anesthesia/nitrous a plus
- Clear communicator who builds trust without jargon
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital systems
- Detail-driven with strong documentation & infection control habits
- Growth mindset with eagerness for CE & feedback
- Team player who protects the schedule and patient experience
- Spanish-speaking a plus (serving a diverse community)

Compensation
Annualized Compensation: $104,000 to $125,000 + bonus
