Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to join our company. Duties
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and paid advertising channels like Google Ads and Facebook Advertising, Instagram, Tic Tok.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content for search engines, improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Assist with content creation including blog posts, social media posts, graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and website updates via WordPress or other content management systems.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEM tools, and marketing automation platforms to identify opportunities for conversion optimization.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and implementing social media management strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the team on graphic design projects using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools to produce compelling visual content.
- Support future e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, tracking performance metrics, and implementing strategies for performance marketing.
- Help coordinate email marketing campaigns by creating engaging copy, segmenting audiences, and analyzing open rates and click-through rates for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs and familiarity with keyword research techniques.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and performance marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and content management systems like WordPress.
- Knowledge of Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or SQL are a plus for website updates and data analysis tasks.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook Business Manager or similar tools.
