Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift
Location: Spring Park, MN 55384
Pay: $35-$45/hour DOE (Compensation is flexible based on experience)

Schedule
Training: Approximately 1 month on 1st Shift
Regular Schedule (2nd Shift):
- Monday-Thursday: 1:30 PM-11:30 PM
- Friday: 1:30 PM-5:30 PM
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a highly autonomous role for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys diagnosing equipment issues, solving mechanical and electrical problems, and minimizing production downtime.
Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience is required. Candidates whose experience is primarily in building or facility maintenance will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Repair and maintain motors, drive systems, bearings, belts, valves, cylinders, actuators, and filters
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, relay logic, and mechanical drawings
- Set up and maintain production equipment to maximize equipment performance (OEE)
- Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement long-term solutions
- Train and support machine operators as needed
- Complete maintenance documentation and follow cGMP and safety procedures
- Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance shop equipment
Qualifications
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience is required
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience troubleshooting production or manufacturing equipment
- Electrical troubleshooting experience is highly preferred but not required
- Experience with pneumatic, mechanical, and drive systems
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance tasks in a production environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Boiler's License
- MIG/TIG welding or fabrication experience
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- High-volume manufacturing experience
