Experience with peptides is a major bonus, but not required. Experience in health & wellness, weight loss, fitness, customer service, sales, or a medical office is highly preferred.
You need to be the type of person who takes action, is a self-starter, loves talking to people, is well spoken, organized, coachable, and committed to excellence in everything you do. This position requires 5 days per week in-office (Monday-Friday).
Who We Are
Our clinic helps people who are frustrated and looking for real solutions to lose weight, improve their health, increase energy, and regain confidence. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care for our Medical Weight Loss and Peptide Therapy programs. Our programs are physician-led, and your role is to help ensure patients successfully follow the plan prescribed by our medical team. You will serve as a coach, educator, motivator, and accountability partner for our patients. This includes conducting consultations, educating patients on their treatment plans, following up regularly to monitor progress, helping patients overcome obstacles, answering questions, providing accountability, and delivering the support necessary to help patients achieve their goals. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a genuine passion for helping others, the ability to build meaningful relationships, and a commitment to helping patients stay engaged, consistent, and successful throughout their journey.
A significant portion of this position involves speaking on the phone working with patients remotely. You MUST be comfortable answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, following up with leads, and building rapport with people from all walks of life. If you dislike talking on the phone, this is not the right position for you.
The Carolina Health & Wellness business model is already built and we have a strong patient base to support your success. We can teach you our systems, but we cannot teach work ethic, initiative, positivity, and a genuine desire to help others.

We plan to fill this position quickly once we find the right person. Income will be based entirely off performance. If you are pretty good at what you do, then you can make $40K. If you are really good, then you will have no problem making over $70K. But, a true All-Star can make over $100K in this position. DO NOT apply unless you know you can one day be an All-Star.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
