Common RN Visit Types May Include
- Start of care visits
- Recertifications and resumptions of care
- Skilled nursing visits
- Patient assessments, teaching, and follow-up care
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas RN license
- Home health experience preferred
- OASIS experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Current CPR
- Strong documentation and communication skills
