As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact with homeowners, generating qualified appointments and uncovering opportunities that fuel company growth. You will engage prospects through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, customer relationship development, and strategic communication designed to create excitement around our solar and roofing solutions.

What You'll Do
Generate New Business Opportunities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners and prospective customers.
- Follow up with inbound leads, marketing-generated opportunities, and previous inquiries.
- Build rapport quickly and establish trust through confident and engaging conversations.
- Generate qualified appointments for Outside Sales Advisors
- Identify customer needs and create enthusiasm around solar, roofing, energy efficiency, and service solutions.
Drive Revenue Through Influence
- Uncover opportunities for upgrades, service programs, replacement equipment, and additional products.
- Overcome objections with professionalism, persistence, and confidence.
- Create urgency and excitement that moves customers toward action.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Serve as a trusted resource throughout the customer journey.
- Communicate product and service benefits clearly and effectively.
- Assist with customer close-out procedures to maximize satisfaction and referrals.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Manage Opportunities and Performance
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and sales activity.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Continuously seek ways to improve personal performance and sales effectiveness.

Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, customer acquisition, or related sales roles preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
Compensation
Base Pay
$21.00 – $24.00 per hour
