Okanogan County Jail is now accepting applications for the position of Reentry RN.
Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical care, health education, medication coordination, and reentry-related medical support to incarcerated individuals eligible for Apple Health Reentry Initiative benefits. The RN ensures compliance with Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) guidelines, supports required health screenings, assists with eligibility and release planning, and delivers patient-centered care to promote safe, coordinated reentry into the community.
This is a full time non-bargaining position will full benefits including: Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement, paid holidays, sick and annual leave accruals.

Minimum Qualifications: Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license, Experience in correctional health, emergency nursing, community health, behavioral health or similar setting preferred. Knowledge of trauma-informed care, chronic disease management and substance use disorder care.
