Overview:
Champion Industrial Contractors is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Superintendent & Estimator to lead our service operations and support our growing mechanical service division. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, manpower coordination, customer interaction, and estimating responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide technicians while generating accurate estimates for quoted repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating & Quoted Repairs
- Evaluate service reports and diagnostics to prepare accurate quotes for repairs.
- Estimate labor, materials, and equipment required for repair work.
- Collaborate with vendors to obtain pricing and maintain cost accuracy.
- Ensure quotes support profitability while meeting customer expectations.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, repairs, and equipment.
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with commercial service estimating.
- Knowledge of HVAC manufacturers and equipment selection.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
