In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring each space meets our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures, following established standards.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and stairwells to uphold the property's overall appearance.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety.
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to create a safe environment for yourself and guests.
- Adhere to all health regulations and company policies related to cleanliness and sanitation.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus.
