KBE Management: Inside Sales & Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time)
Position: Part-Time (10–15 hours per week)
Compensation: $20.00 per hour + 2% commission on new business generated.
Position Summary
KBE Management is seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales & Outreach Coordinator to help grow our business through proactive outreach. This role focuses on contacting sports clubs and organizations, identifying opportunities, applying for contracts and requests for proposals, and helping generate new clients for KBE Management.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and send emails to youth, amateur, collegiate, and professional soccer clubs.
Research organizations that may benefit from KBE Management’s services.
Apply for coaching, consulting, event, and management opportunities on behalf of KBE Management.
Schedule meetings and introductory calls
Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and follow-up activities.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication.
Support additional sales and outreach initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma is required, associate/bachelor degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional emails.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Experience in sales, customer service, sports is preferred but not required.
Compensation
$20.00 per hour.
10–15 hours per week, more hours may be available as business grows
- 2% commission on new business revenue generated through the employee’s direct outreach and sales efforts.
