CarVibe, used car dealership, is opening a new location in Griffith IN and looking to hire a Front Desk Administrator. This is a W-2 position.
You will:
- Greet customers, answer questions and assist in the vehicle selection and purchase process,
- Answer incoming phone calls and return missed calls,
- Prepare customer paperwork,
- Schedule customer appointments,
- Keep the office organized, supplied, and running smoothly,
- Keep paperwork organized and accounted for
This role is for you if you:
- Are comfortable talking with customers and helping people in person or over the phone
- Like keeping things organized and pay attention to details
- Are comfortable using computers, email, and basic CRM
- Can handle a fast-paced dealership environment
- Bring a proactive approach to daily responsibilities
- Have a valid driver’s license
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:30am – 5:30pm, Sat 9:30am – 2:30pm.
Pay: $16-19 per hour base pay, with additional bonuses after completing the training period.
